MEET Sandra...
Hello Bride-to-be and Welcome! This is such an exciting time for you! I’m Sandra -wedding photographer, chocolate lover, and hopeless romantic. I am so excited that you found us! Because I believe that getting to know our clients is the #1 way to ensure an awesome experience, I’d love to tell you a little about me! Here are a few things you should know!
- My favorite pasttimes include playing city league softball, volunteering on praise team at our church, drinking iced coffee at any local QC Coffee Shop, mentoring other photographers, and campfires with my pyro kiddos.
- I met my husband while attending college through a mutual friend!
- My husband Cyle and I were married on 10/12/13 (BEST. DAY. EVER.)
- I started FSP (originally Oh Snap! Photography) in 2010 while I was in college
- I have a 16 year old step son and 4 beautiful little girls (all 5 and younger)
- I am beyond passionate about wedding & engagement photography
- I live in Eastern Iowa but love to travel all over the US for weddings
- Every year I take a girls trip with my best friends (we’ve all been friends since Junior High!)
- I have a “slight” dog obsession (I have a Yorkie with dreams of someday adopting a mini Goldendoodle)
- I love creating beautiful images but more importantly, I love serving couples on one of the greatest days of their lives!!

MEET Liana
I can't wait to get to know each and every one of our Fieldstone Couples! I am a type 3 enneagram which means I am a workaholic... its true. But I will also go ABOVE AND BEYOND for my couples to give you the luxurious day you deserve and more! I also hope that our relationship doesn't end after you kiss and say "I DO"! I look forward to documenting your family as it continues to grow. A little about me...
- My love story started with swiping right. Yep, we met on Tinder and it was a true Tinderella love story. 2 weeks later he bought a ring, 4 months later he was down on one knee, 5 months after that we were saying "I do".
- I feel so blessed by my most important role of being our daughters mother first and foremost. My daughter is actually the reason I picked up a camera in the first place and quit my full time job. I wanted to capture every moment and detail of her life to document it.
-I am native to the Quad Cities and love exploring local breweries with friends.
- I drink iced coffee every morning, yes even in the midst of our midwestern winter.
-On a typical day you can find me at the gym, browsing TJ Maxx with my toddler or having lunch with a friend at Chic-Fil-A (most likely with Sandra).
- I am also a Portrait Photographer and love capturing all phases of life as your family grows!

Our Philosophy
We're sure your mind is racing with all that needs to be planned. It’s all very exciting but it can also be somewhat overwhelming. You’re planning the day that you’ve been anticipating your whole life and yet you only get one shot at it! By the time you get the hang of it, the planning is over! Our goal as your wedding photographer is to make this one aspect of the planning process simple. Photography is more than just images, it’s a real part of your day. Not only do you deserve beautiful images, you also deserve an amazing photographic experience. When our couples feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, that results in genuine, joyful images! When you think back to your wedding day, you will remember amazing memories.... but most of the moments you will remember really well are the instances that will be captured in your pictures. They are priceless. Your wedding day is an experience from beginning to end and your photography is a huge part of that experience..... shouldn’t it be fun? and enjoyable? and natural? We think so! Our goal is to not only capture memories for our couples, it’s to create an experience that they will never forget.
The Process
One way we ensure that our brides and grooms enjoy the BEST photographic experience possible is through forming a relationship with our couples. We try our best to make sure that all of our couples are the PERFECT fit for us before officially booking. A bride and groom should connect with their photographer, trust their photographer and be EXCITED about the whole process with them! After booking, we love getting to know my clients through an ENGAGEMENT SESSION that helps them warm up to the camera so that they are ready to rock and roll on their wedding day! By the time the wedding day arrives, our clients feel more like friends and that creates a safe and relaxed environment for photography! Why INVest?
Your first decision as an engaged couple is to set priorities for your wedding planning. You have to decide what you value most. Is it the dress? The food? The Venue? As a bride AND photographer, I believe that couples should make their photography a top priority. After the big day is over, you will leave your reception with a spouse & your pictures.... that’s it! All of that planning and preparation is over in a matter of hours! So if you’re choosing to invest in high quality photography, those images deserve a classy, elegant home after the wedding. I offer high end, leather bound Heirloom Albums for my wedding clients. The images are printed straight onto the pages and the covers are wrapped with top grain leather or linen. This is the perfect ending to The Wedding Experience and it’s a keepsake that you will be showing your children and grandchildren one day!

Our
Shooting Style:
We are more than willing to travel for engagement sessions! We actually love it when our couples ask us to photograph them in a location that means something special to them! We book engagement sessions at least one month in advance and 60 miles of travel are included.
We average 75-100 images per hour that we’re shooting. We love deliver- ing our client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. We believe in freely sharing our work because that is what we would want if we were in your shoes!
Full Day Wedding Coverage means that you will receive coverage from getting your dress in the morning, on through to your reception events. This usually falls anywhere from 8-10 hours based upon your schedule for the day. Timeline creation is included in all of our wedding packages so you will know the exact timing closer to your wedding!
We love being both interactive and discreet throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. (The ceremony, during dances and toasts,etc.) We teach our couples how to pose, model and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from us!
Once I have answered any questions you may have and you have decided that our Wedding Experience is exactly what you’re looking for on your wedding day, the next step is a booking proposal. I will create an online proposal that will walk you through the package and when you’re ready you can save your date by signing your contract and paying your deposit online. A signed contract and a $1500 deposit is required to reserve your date.
